Here's an Idea People Might Like...."Self Practice"

The idea is basic enough, let us have the ability to practice on our own defense with our own troops.

- We waste our own Elixir.
- We cannot steal from ourselves (obviously).
- We have to rebuild what we destroy as if someone else attacked.
- We would be able to practice strategy tactics and improve our defense.

Any idea for "yay" or "nay"? Any way to improve this idea?
