Well i'm a leader of my clan.And all leader were granted with mailing services.It quite important for us to send important email straight to our members.But what is the point of having cooldown time?For me 12 hour cooldown timer is very long cause I have a lot of things to settle down with my fellow members.Do you think the cooldown is important or useful or not at all?

"think", before u have any message to pass down. when u are working, do u see your boss passing down message every hour? consolidate your important message for the day and pass down the message once when the day starts.Quote:
