Seeing +39 or +37 really reminds me of the times as a champ.
Does this mean low cup counts? Because I'm in crystal 2 and have been seeing a lot of 5 or less offers from TH8 up. Typically in the 15-17 range for those

I am in crystal 1 as well and it is matching me with people in gold 1 worth 2-3 trophies. Something is definitely messed up.

As a th8, im currently pushing to Masters for the gem bonus. Most of the th8s i find are like 5 cups, and th9s would be around 10-15 cups. The only guys reaching the 30 cup ranges for me are the near maxed th10s, -_-
