Crystal 1 with Champs like cup offers?

Seeing +39 or +37 really reminds me of the times as a champ.

Does this mean low cup counts? Because I'm in crystal 2 and have been seeing a lot of 5 or less offers from TH8 up. Typically in the 15-17 range for those

I am in crystal 1 as well and it is matching me with people in gold 1 worth 2-3 trophies. Something is definitely messed up.

I get a lot 6-12 cup offers.. Only in gold 1 tho lol

On the topic- I was around 2460 cups. Got a 43 cup offer from someone in Masters 3. 2 starred for the 28 cups lol. But my clanmates are having the low cup offers. One of my guys is around 2400 and getting gold 1 offers for 2 cups.
