Honestly, I'd crank out lavas.
Lava walls are sufficient enough for most champ/end-game play. Maxing them at TH9 will be much more doable (though very time consuming) but at least you can go into th10 and pretty much never worry about walls again.
HP difference is quite significant going from lvl 9-10 walls, and of course loot wise they are easier to do at TH9.
Legos are probably still decent enough however.... to each their own if you're not feeling the grind.
Royals are easier to upgrade the higher you go so I wouldn't worry too much about that. 3 max drills and a max offense = swimming in DE at high leagues.
Upgrade BK to lvl 15 first, then press the TH upgrade button!

You don't want to waste your builder & laboratory idle just for the sake to up your BK from 10-15. how many days do you waste for lvl 15 BK ? if you allocated that day to TH 10 you'll get lvl 6 wizard and inferno lvl 2 i guess.
Sitting on max TH 9 without inferno will make you vulnerable to giant lv 7, they'll take u as a meat :P

Since I post this very first message I build 4 lavas and they look so cool!! I will try to complete the core with lavas while upgrading the king and I will move on.

I did the same as you. Maxed defences, lego walls done, got to 10 a week ago. I'm having a tough time looting efficiently
but hopefully I'll figure something out soon
