I am curious on how will you guys farm with the 1 gem boost. God th9 and th19 life must be great with elixir walls to dump elix on. Oh well i will just use a elix heavy strat every other boost.
My strategy is
2 hours of barch raid for gold lix
and 2 hours of mass drag or ballonion raid for dark elixir or trophy pushing.
How will you guys make the most out of this event?

barching with a 1-gem boost is not worth it... most of the time I keep nexting enough for my barracks to come back full even without boosting anyway.
I will farm with lavaloonions using this 1-gem boost ! At the same time, this helps me train as this is what i'm using for CW.

Well i am going to start pushing to champions in a day or 2 let the collectors fill up to get elixir on the way. 😊
When OP realizes that gem boosts won't be available to gold mines and de collectors I would love to be a fly on the wall.
If we're all raiding 4 times as much and there is no extra loot (no gold/DE boost), surely there'll be a massive loot shortage within 24hrs?
I think Silver and Gold leagues are about to experience a lot of Zappers soon....
I don't think TH19 will have a good time farming.
