#5 (actually, this is a plus as many votes as you will let me cast) This is the most broken portion of the current war system in my eyes. It is extremely difficult to manage 40+ people in a clan even using outside messaging platforms to do so. This would make everyone's lives easier. I would like to edit the suggestion though and make it editable for the play himself/herself and the leadership team to opt someone out.

#3 If you want to protect your clan either close it or do your pre-war homework by checking out the other clan's players both in war and out of it to know who not to accept if they come a knocking.
#4 I believe this is unfair and will cause many other issues to occur if implemented. We are matched relatively fairly (finally and for the most part) and it is unfair for the opposing team to decide when the winning team should get to stop attacking. Also, they should not be able to just leave a war even if the winning clan gets to continue for practice or looting after they leave as there would be clans looking at wars and forfeiting constantly because it is even or a little weighted against them. Those wars are the ones that make each clan and player better clashers. Lastly and as a leader I say this, it shouldn't be up to the leader to decide against the team attacking in war. If they can't win, they obviously need the practice attacks.
#8 As much as I would love to see this, I don't think it is necessary. With the current war bonuses compared to the old, things have leveled out for everyone except the people who do all dragon raids at lower levels. I'm not opposed to it but if I go to make a wish list, this wouldn't be at the top of my list.
Sorry for harping against #4 but that was the shortest way for me to explain against it. I have at about 10 more reasons why the effects would be negative but want to be respectful to you and your thread as you have posted some simple great ideas.
