Against a TH7 you need to bring 2x healer, one to feed the big air mine, the other one to stay alive.
Against a TH8 you need to bring 3x healer, two to feed the big air mines, the other one to stay alive.
It is hard enough with TH8 but starting from TH9 it gets impossible, you cant bring 5x healers...
I suggest big air mine will not instantly kill healer but bring their HP to 1.

I agree that the only function a healer serves at th9 is to find and set off the air mines. At th8 they are better balanced. It's been a long time since I've used one but expect now that giant 7 is here healers will get a new level. Try using a heal spell instead for now.
And this is why SC gave us healing spells! At th9 you have 4 of those bad boys. And if placed correctly, you can keep your troops all fully healed! Maybe you should get some!:rolleyes:
try using a couple of balloons as bait.
I have made to master league using Giant/Healer and Barch. I am a TH9, I only used 2 healers and 22 giants then a mix of BAGW and 4 lighting spells. 1 for the inner air d and 1 for cc troops. Technique is what you need to learn. Any and I mean ANY combo of troops can hit a base hard, just depends on the skill of the person deploying the troops. Bring some minion or loons.
Example.. High level leaguers love loons, I have an anti-air base. Loons/dragons do not work on my base...been tried over and over lvl50 - lvl 150. Just does not have a good outcome for the attacker. It took a member of my clan over 100 tries, using xmod, to get two stars on my base.... and he knew where my traps were. Even with all that knowledge and ability to attack again and again...it all boiled down to his technique (max th9 troops). There was...notice WAS....two spots on my base that allowed the opening for the two star.....they have since been fixed. His best attack on my base is using the giant healer combo, healers stay just far enough away so the air d does not get them.....I will take the trade in results against air attacks for the worse results on ground raids. Base design, attack skill and strategy, and army composition... sometimes you just have to hit next.
