A use for decorations

Because of the update, all 4 of my builders have been busy upgrading my collectors, mines, and my extra dark drill. My clan-mates have shared replays of, and some of them have also made, bases that block all bushes from popping up in the area of their base, this is useful for making sure your Christmas trees that you want to keep as souvenirs do not impede base-building and design. I realized I could retain the integrity of my defense while preventing the spawning of bushes and Christmas trees etc. (in a bad place)by placing decorations uniformly throughout the fields of my base,

Decorations are also useful, mainly in clan wars, for blocking the spawn of cc troops, because a totem pole must be placed for the cc troops to spawn from. Not to mention they are a great way to display how rich you are with pekka statues, victory statues, pirate flags, and even getting a bunch of national flags. You can also proudly place your nation's flag on your base.
