If the game is dead then there wouldn't be a heap of people talking about the fact that the game is dead. They would have all moved on. People have been saying this since the loot system was first changed to incure penalties. So I guess the game has been dead for nearly 2 years now. Don't know what game I've been playing.

This is a pretty dramatic thread. Sheesh.

I quit whatever's that worth, along with my friend. Both of us have been playing almost a year now. Money grubbing and lack of fresh content makes for a boring game.

The game will die when the North Koreans say it will die!!!!;)

i went to th9 roughly 2 months ago, my builders haven't stopped, in under 2 days my xbows and teslas will be maxed and I will be starting on mortars and wiz towers. I still have a concern that my de and gold will be completely full in that time as i just keep finding more and more

Loot is perfectly fine. Yes not as good as it once was but not nearly as bad as it once was either. Just have to know where to find it. That's what makes the game fun. What fun is it to keeping coming up on inactive bases? Keep playing around with your trophy count and find the right range for that time. When you stop finding loot, search for the new trophy range

I used play an MMO (Battle of Immortals) that now has only 1000 active players. Rest are 2nd, 3rd, 4th ...... 12th accounts of other players. That game encouraged farming a lot but the biggest reason it failed was the "luck based" reward system. You could potentially spend 1000 dollars (on a luck box or gear upgrading) on it and gain nothing of much value.

Out of these 1000 players only 30-50 percent of them are cash spenders and only 5 - 20 percent of them are the hardcore spenders who have spend 10's of thousands of dollars on the game. That game refuses to die despite having such a low playerbase.

CoC has millions of players. It's not dead by a long shot. Next time, think a bit before making a post OP.

Loot is not amazing, I agree, but its def getting better, from what I can see.

As a TH9, I'm getting along fine, and so are my th 8 and 9 clannies ---- There was a few grumbles from the lower levels about the wall change, but they seem a distant memory, as judging by the amount of replays that are getting shared, they are finding plenty of 200k+ bases. In chat there seem to be endless discussions about what its best to upgrade next. btw theses are inactives and storage raids we are talking about -- ranging from c1 down to silver league.... perhaps its TH10 martyrs who are still having the problem? but even then, surely they must be seeing an upturn in available loot to raid from TH9 storages, as many(most?) of those cant dump it into lego.....


I know loot is not back to its glory day levels, but its nowhere near bad enough to have killed the game.:cool:

... you are th8. How did you ever struggle with loot? There's plenty of loot you can get with barbs and arch. You don't need the giants.
