I just wish supercell would do something about it I've been banned 2x for ♥♥
I assume you have already went through customer support to appeal the ban?
Wouldn't be surprised if it takes a while to get to and then investigate. If wrongly banned, could get gems as an apology. (Note: I'm assuming based on how some companies do things, and I'm not part of Supercell, nor saying expect such a result will happen.)
I do not believe that people who claim to be getting banned on global just say "hi"
maybe at the moment of ban, you only said "hi" but you need 7 reports to get banned. 7 reports within i think a 24 hour period. So if you were being a jerk the day before and got 6 reports then got trolled on a 7th report, it doesn't mean you got banned for nothing. It means you got a delayed ban for what you had done over a 24 hour period.
Just like in prison, everyone who got banned on global is "innocent".
What?! Are you kidding me? There is in Setting, 'Help and Support' in-game. The website has several spots, usually at the top or bottom of the page, saying something like "Help", or "Support". I don't know off hand, haven't looked myself, but every self respecting place has some form of customer service department.
