Quick question to the Mods ref deleted thread regarding a fix to current exploits

I don't know who to address, as my thread was deleted seemingly without any notification to me about who / why / what. If a mod is able to message me directly with what the situation is, I would be happy to talk there if that works better (by all means delete this thread also, but pls drop me a line so I know what the word is)

I had made a thread about a suggestion to counter an exploit which is prevalent in high end clan warring. This was deleted - anyone point in the right direction with regards to finding out why, or indeed if there is an alternate forum for suggesting such things?

High end clan warring is becoming somewhat untenable, if there is a pretty simple potential solution, I would think it worthy of a bit of air time?
