we need this as a balance, people are still easily 2 starring town hall 10s, this would just be a nice balance to offence and defence that may actually help the game, similarly the level 13 archer tower are to combat the lava hounds, level 13 cannons could help combat against level 7 barch, and Bag with level 7 giants or just a nice toy to help combat gowipe or gowiwi i rest my case, I will be realesing art for it later

Good level of detail- I commend you for that but maybe draw some concept art? Or describe what it'll look like?

Explain why we need this. Or not many people will like the idea.

I prefure to get the option to upgrade th to 11 where im prepared to upgrade everything ones more then getting another lvl to cannons 'now' cause right now we are being kept busy, archer towers in th10 is 98 mill to get them from mx th9 to 10

every 2 months we all have to deal with a ♥♥♥♥ton of nerfs tweeks and buffs and more lvls to existing stuff

Its just enough and its not needed
the only thing worth upgrading is walls cause that has bin announced there will not be more lvls added to wall, and even that cannot be said with a 100% for sure

Sorry I was amusing myself. I apologize if that comment came out a bit troll.

In all honesty, this will come. All items will slowly creep up. They are going to do it slowly and one at a time so that the gem sales from one offering will run their course before they put out the next.
