To TH 10, or nah?

Do defences and lavas, dont worry about heros as de will be a lot more plentiful at th10 whereas gold wont due to th8 collectors not being profitable anymore

I've found the loot at TH10 barching in masters to be better than anything I've had anywhere else. I say get heroes to 20, get a start on your lavas... if you have 25-30 you can probably build walls around your core. That'll be enough. Definitely do collectors though as there is never going to be a convenient time to take a builder offline for 5 days.

I went up on both accounts in September or so.

I first went up with my less active account, which is WiFi only and I only play nights and weekends. I only had 13/12 heroes and 150 skulls. I had maxed th9 defenses and was going to have lazy builders.

I have had zero problems keeping the builders busy and maxing defenses and exilir upgrades, even only raiding 150 times a season or so.

Because I saw loot was not bad at th10 like folks had complained about..... I decided to take my more active account up, too. I had been farming in masters anyway. So I went up with 15/14 heroes.

I like th10 a lot. I do not feel I have negatively impacted my development at all. Having infernos and higher level defenses and troops really help out.

I admire those who max th9 with max heroes and full lavas. If I had to do it over, I might have left a builder free during the entire time I was at th9 so I could get more walls done and take longer to max defenses.

Lazy builders have always annoyed me, so avoiding having lazy builders is a good thing.

Again, th10 is fun and challenging. But so was th9.

Lv20 heroes then you're good to go!

Definitely max defenses and collectors/mines. The only people who should consider not maxing collectors and mines are people who max walls before other buildings, and even then the passive income is nice, it's not like you can be "GO GO GO" farming all the time.

nope...finish all those defenses and heroes to 20 then you can get into some really good clans

IMO, max those defenses first, and, at least, get those heroes to 15.
