I've been contemplating for quite a while now whether I should move on to TH9 or stay in TH8 till I get my PEKKA to level 3(it'll be level 2 in less than a day) and my BK to level 10(level 9 in a few days). Also, should I max ALL my barracks??
Yep, hit the upgrade button.
Go back in time and try to hit the upgrade button sooner if you can.
Would it be alright if I don't have a level 3 PEKKA and a level 10 BK?

I would be in 2 minds, but I know which one I would go with ;)
On one hand, I would look at my dark troops and think I would need to get a few more done..
But on the other hand, my base is as upgraded as I can get it, so builders would be sleeping...
I figured if I wait for my pekka to get to level 3 right before th9, I would have less time to waste and immediately upgrade my farming troops instead of pekkaQuote:

Its a game, its about fun. There is no more fun that max number of walls, lvl 6 troops and AQ.

I'd upgrade minions (if you BAM), hogs and pekka. This would open up more choice of attack strategies.
Stick to one strategy for all bases is bad idea. So, max out your troops first..
