Gems going up in price?

I just bought the $19.99 pack and got charged $24.98 for it.

Also bought two $4.99 packs around 5 days ago and only received one (500 gems)

Anybody having issues or knows whats going on?

Looks like your $19.99 and $4.99 purchases have gone onto the same bill hence the $24.98 price, the other $4.99 one may not have actually been processed and therefore you haven't paid for it otherwise it would have been more on that one bill..

That is definitely not it.

Ill explain better...about 5 days ago I bought two $4.99 packs, got charged twice ($4.99, $4.99) and only received 500 gems.

Today I bought a $19.99 pack and got charged $24.98 for it.

Edit: would be sweet if a mod could explain this one, I've been buying gems almost weekly for a year and a half and never had problems but I will definitely stop buying until this one gets resolved.

What does this mean?

I wanted to buy both $4.99 packs and got charged correctly for them, problem is I only received gems for one of the transactions.

I also wanted to buy the $19.99 pack, correctly received the gems but got charged $24.98 for it.

Maybe I'm not being too clear?

My credit card statement shows the following:

$4.99 (received 500 gems)
$4.99 (no gems received)
$24.98 (2500 gems received by buying the $19.99 sack)

Clearer now? The way I see it I'm owed 500 gems from one pile of gems transaction and got overcharged on the sack of gems. Like I said before, I've been buying gems almost weekly for about a year and a half, never had problems before.

I dont think you are going to get any offical help here. These purchases, like all such purchases, are processed by Apple or Google depending on your platform...
