I'm a level 74 th8 with a farming layout and 1200 trophies. May I ask why people push to get so many trophies? Is there a real benefit? I understand if you're maxed and want something fun to do but other than that? If you're a trophy hunter let me know why you do it. Thanks!
its a waste. Farming is a lot more fun. Theres so many cons to being in a higher league.
-more elixer waster
-more wait times
-more gems spent to boost barracks/heros
-constantly getting attacked
-etc etc etc
League bonus...?
So you can go on global as a champ or master then say "I need a clan" the let the noobs drool all over you.
Some push for trophies to get the gems (crystal then master then champions) and challenge.
Some push for trophies for challenge.
Because farming gets boring for some. Pushing gives a chance to do something else.Quote:

Having just completed a push to masters ....
I found it to be a fun challenge, and by the time my push was over my storages were full. Why shoot for 250k loot when you can have 250k loot plus a huge league bonus? You just have to choose your fights carefully.
Couple reasons...
1. To test out to see how far your defense can last
2. Practice attacking tougher bases and see how far you can get in trophies
3. More strategy required
4. Nice change to the game because farming can get boring at times
But it can also be mentally exhausting, especially when failing a raid...
