Ermm i would like to learn from you how to use a cheap army to get storages of a maxed base .. what th you are, what level ? Whats your max tropgy cout ? .. I'm asking because your reply makes me have doubts.
I am a mid TH8. i stay around the gold II range in trophies.
i attack people inline with my skill level.
Just so you can stop making "smart" assumptions about me picking on lower THs .. I'm a maxed out th10 , my PB is 3640 trophies .. GG = 600 000 , EG = 800 000 .
i really hope that that is just a typo. a max TH10 with less than 1 million resources grabbed. im sure it is.
anyway, a max TH10. what the heck are you doing trolling gold II with TH7 and 8 with the occasional TH9?
shouldn't a player of your calibre be up in champion league, or at least masters? Could that be why you have such a loot problem. this is the loot penalty.

I "Think" there is a loot problem ? .. SC admitted the problem and increased loot bonus , stopped elix for walls .. Where have you been recently ? . Not sure what to make out of your replies . As if you been away for a year or something .
The loot bonus increase helps, but its not gonna solve your personal problem. when you attack my base and i have 300k available, because i am 2 levels lower than you. you are only gonna have 150k available.
Anyways, unless you are SC representative i find whatever you say just useless and noise.
