Today I have seen player 0n 9th with 48 level. 48 LEVEL! Yes, it is bad and I have an idea how to deal with it. If gamer will want to up his th to level 10 with 48 level, he must to up his defense to max level (Exception: collectors, walls, troops). Sorry for my English level. I'm Ukrainian and I bad in English.

Its they base who cares what they do to it. Its kind of the point of the game. Doesnt matter if its rushed or not its his base.
