Newspaper rehashing old advertisements

I've discovered something a little weird. I've still been checking visitor numbers since the last update, and there are hardly any strange ones now (hurrah!) but there are still one or two, and having been asked a question in my FAQ about likes counts if you are not on FB I went back and checked my screenshots and found this.

Now, the strange thing is, I am connected via FB and had never seen this before. I remember clicking on it to see what happened and it took me to the 'you have already given Hay Day access' page. What's that all about?!

I think this problem is back after the summer/birthday update.

Thanks for starting this thread. This problem has become worse with the birthday update. At first, I thought the display of balloons was slowing my arrival to each shop and causing me to miss the items. Now surely SC can see this proof that sold items continue being advertised all day in some cases. Before the update the item might still be there and a pop up message stated that it had already been sold. Now the shop is completely empty. So the tech bug might be that the message is not popping up any longer or not transmitting to SC that it has been sold.

It is happening again. Not every ad is real. Some ads have been in the system time and time again, level 12 with 9000+ visitors per day, and one item advertised, empty stall, animals unfed machines not working.



this is really annoying

but how do you explain it when you did indeed see the item on the stand but when you tap it it always shows 'sorry someone else has bought it' no matter how quick you were?

While searching for my elusive planks tonight, I ran across two ads from the same farm for the same cheese. One ad was on page 5 and the other ad was on page 7.

No wonder I have been having some much trouble buying stuff from the newspaper today!
