B.A.M (2014-2015) - Most Efficient Farming Strategy (WITH VIDEOS)

In this thread i will show and explain why, how and where i use B.A.M (Barbarians, archers, minions) strategy!

This is for farming and NOT for pushing!!!!!!!

1. Why i choose to farm with B.A.M Strategy?

I've been playing this game for far too long and i have experimented farming with many different strategies! when i joined DarkFarm i practiced Barch (barbarian/archers) strategy, when i joined Sky family i practiced loonion strategy (balloons/minions) The dissadvantage of Barch is that it takes longer than B.A.M to get ready BUT the advantage is that it does not require ANY dark elixir usage! The dissadvantage with loonions is that although people farm with that strategy in Masters League + (meaning great loot bonus) it requires lot of time to get ready AND spells! (meaning gems for spell factory boost) B.A.M is pretty straight forward and extremely fast to get ready! in the previous season i successfully won 350+ attacks WITHOUT boosting (i am also not counting the attacks i made which i did not win)

2. How i use B.A.M strategy?

Two of my normal troop (elixir troop) barracks are cooking non-stop barbarians and the other two archers! the two dark elixir barracks cook non-stop minions (do not worry you WILL make profit in dark elixir trust me)
The average army that this strategy will give you is the following (below are the troops used in my last 5 attacks)
In the clan castle i request for "anything" since i do not really need any specific troops for that strategy

1. 92 barbarians / 74 archers / 37 minions
2. 61 barbarians / 45 archers / 67 minions
3. 88 barbarians / 78 archers / 40 minions
4. 98 barbarians / 78 archers / 38 minions
5. 88 barbarians / 77 archers / 45 minions

3. Where i use B.A.M strategy? (BOTH VIDEOS ARE UPTODATE!!!)

I found that Crystal two has the most innactive bases and townhall snipes (TH snipes in C2 means 50K elix/gold and 200 DE)

Concerning Dark Elixir!

I guarantee you that you can make profit in DE, although NOT in a very rapid phase! I make approximately 100K DE in a season! and approximately 1,5 mil Gold/Elix per hour! i normally have my Gold and Elixir storage full two-three times per season! If you want to farm DE then i suggest you move up to Masters league and try farming with either stronger army (eg: adding some Giants or Loonions etc.) or try farming with spells :)

I liked using BAM in crystal 3 and low crystal 2 but it is harder to use it in higher leagues since I can't get the 1 star. But overall this is a great guide.

yes you are absolutely right, especially if you are upgrading your heroes, it is quite hard to get the 50% sometimes, but i am willing to let go of the bonus loot in return of getting 150K gold/elix as an average every 10 minutes :)

I m not a big fan of BAM. I haven't used it much, but for me if u using 4 to spells per raid, its not farming.

it depends... when i used to farm with loonions above 3000+ it was farming... instead of 24 loons and 60 minions i was attacking with 20 loons and 70 minions and was going after storages but this required spells... i still got profit since the loot bonus was very helpful !

What army are u using to farm?

Nice videos ath :cool: I will be sure to check out C2 soon. I am in Masters right now farming off of the loot bonus and getting some DE while I'm at it. I'll definitely be going to C2 for those juicy collector bases ;)

I fully agree with your points and I like the awesome videos too but I have few questions:-

1. Is BAM the most efficient farming strategy for all the TH8's, 9's and 10's?
2. Does the level of troops effect the efficiency of this farming strategy? Since you have lvl 7 barch & lvl 6 minions this is working for you well in C2 but will this work for others with lvl 5 barch & low lvl minions too?

Minimum level of troops for this to be efficient and it what trophy range?

very nice question and thank you for that! a TH8 who wants to farm at C2 will definitely be affected BUT only for the %... you can still get the majority of loot but maybe you will not get enough % to win and get the loot bonus! a TH8 would be more suitable to farm in Gold1 since ive heard there are innactive bases in that area as well but the majority of those bases are th7,8,9 so a th8 could get an advantage over a th10 in Gold1 but a th10 has an advantage in C2 since most bases are th9,10 and this requires larger troop capacity and higher lvl in order to get that 50% :)
