I made a new gamecenter account and I cant make a new village?

So I made a new gamecenter account on my old phone since I got a new one because I want to make a new village but for some reason its not removing my old village. Even when I go to link a device etc.. it says that this village is not associated with this game center account but it wont make a new village even though my gamecenter and apple id are different from my village. Anything helps

SC made it so that you can only create a new account on a device that has never had a village that is connected to game center on it. If you still can, clear your new phone's memory and create the new account there. Then you can swap between accounts via game center with only one device.
