I am getting Downloading Content everytime I start game.

I've reloaded the app. I've reset and re-logged into my servers. I've restarted my iPad Mini 4th Generation by turning it off then back on. I've about had it. Fix the dang app it's obviously not my fault, if I've tried everything your administrators and game developers have told me to try. I work for Sony at PSN HQ this is how I pass my time by when I'm on duty during the slow hours. Fix the game. Or I'll join your staff and do it for you! This stupid "Downloading Content" pop-up is tedious and rather redundant and entirely annoying!

I am having the exact same problem as PP. It's like a never ending loop of madness. I've reset my iphone to no avail. It just goes on and on and on.

YES YES YES YES YES that worked, how did you know? and why did I have to do that????

I spend countless hours of my time on this game. I better receive some kind of reward for missing so much time out of the double production.

I had this problem on my Galaxy S3 phone.

I fixed it by changing my wifi to a different one, it will download data then you can change it back to the wifi that you normally use.
People say it works by changing from wifi to data or from data to wifi too.

Work for me!

I switched my dns in my router this morning and it had no effect, however; I did log on to my neighbors wifi a few hours after that, and COC (obviously) loaded. I am guessing that the dns change did fix the issue. I just needed to log of and then back onto the network.

Just logging onto my neighbors network had no effect last night. I was able to get on, but as soon as I came back to my network, the problem persisted.
