Coc won't load on iTouch - restarting every second!!!!!! Fix last night update
On Apple iTouch, game keeps trying to restart. Deleted the game and reinstalled but the same problem is still there. Players are in the middle of the war and can't play!!!!!!!!!
Downloading Content Loop | Please Help!
When I start up Clash of Clans after the Elixir pump and barracks 1 gem event update on 12/22/2014 PST It keep saying "Downloading Content" then restarting the game, and it keeps doing this over and over.

I have tried:
- Force quitting the app and restarting game
- Reinstalling CoC
- Restarting phone
Out of the question:
- I cannot connect from wifi to data because I don't have data on my phone

Cannot login: loops at COC/SuperCell splash screen
I have been trying to log back in since this morning, 6am Pacific. I originally saw there was maintenance, so waited until Maintenance post was updated with "completed".
I attempt to open the application (AND THIS IS TRUE on BOTH iOS/iPad and Android - both are linked to my account/village)
...and I see the Clash winter splash screen, with a progress bar labeled "Downloading content". It shows about 1-3% progress, then it immediately reboots, recycles to the SUP ERC ELL splash screen. And the loop continues with dramatic opening sound, and the SUP ERC ELL splash screen repeating ad infinitum until I shut the app down. I have rebooted my devices several times, to no effect.
Help me help me. Please.
