Same problem, my game will not load!!!!! In the middle of a war!!!!!!
Tried the wifi change suggestion. Did NOT work. Fix it!
We really like Clash of Clans! Thanks to Supercell for continuing to make the game great.
Any word on the loading loop keeping us out of the game? Since last night, my clan cannot access the game. It just loops endlessly between the Supercell logo screen and Downloading content, which never really starts downloading before going back to the Supercell logo screen. Assume this was a bug in the roll out of the resource boosting patch.
I know "Unscheduled maintenance" kicked off a couple of hours ago. Has Supercell acknowledged the bug? Has the root cause of the issue been identified? Any eta on resolution?

Thanks for the tips. This is happening to members of my clan, which is located across the US. And it started all at the same time. Threads about it in the general forum from other clans as well. I think this is a Clash of Clans server issue.
If everyone is not seeing it, maybe it is only some of their servers? Supercell mentioned something about server capacity in their maintenance announcement. Looking for more info from them to confirm they are aware of and fixing my issue
I too am unable to load the game on either device. I shut down my wifi and restarted my devices and I still cannot get onto clash of clans. 😩
