I was having this same issue. I think I may have corrected it on my end. This is what I did: I deleted my wifi network from tablet, scanned again, inputted my password and everything seems to be working fine now. I have closed and restarted the app three times in a row and no downloading content loop when starting. Hope this helps all, if not, at least some. I am on android.

On iPad (first gen) with only wifi connection. Deleted wifi network, rebooted multiple times. Just cycles through the start splash screen and downloading content screen. Why is this so hard.....
Glad it worked for you. Deleting the wifi, is actually "Forget This Network" on the iOS device. Doing this did not fix the boot looping clash of clans opening screen issue. Still unresolvedQuote:
