Recently we've started a clan war, and I put it upon myself to attack the same number that I am. This base looks funneled and I was wondering how I could get around that by using ground troops, unless majority thinks air troops would be best.

You don't have golems. Mass drag works the best.
I agree, mass dragons with rage spells
Zap air defense on the left with 3 lightning, drop bk at elixir storage at bottom, release dragons from bottom, sit back and enjoy.
lightning away the air defense near his cc out of existence with 3 light spells, bring 4 hogs, 9 drags, hogs in your cc, drop hogs near the DE storage, all of them, they will destroy the air defense and maybe some other stuff and lure some or all of the cc, after that spread your drags out near his last air defense and you'll have 5+ drags after the 3rd star is in the bag, TH8s are so easy to drag lol

Accidentally only released cc hogs and 1 of mine and didnt realize until it was too late. Took out the first AD with the spells and half of the second w the hogs that were placed. Took out every building in central area of the map, didn't get builder huts. Landed two stars. Thanks m8Quote:

Yup, remembering all of the steps to a raid can be difficult sometimes for people who haven't used the strategy often. I have someone in my clan who is almost a maxed TH10 and just got maxed troops. A war comes along and he one stars a TH9 using Go WiWi(he never used it before) only to have me two star the base later in the war. Practice makes perfect.Quote:

Balloons + Clan Hogs can get 3 stars, or you can use Mass Dragon Attack
Remember he only has lvl 1 hogs, so only if one of his clan members have lvl 4 or 5 he will be able to take the 2nd air defense outQuote:
