Contest between clan mates

So i have this idea of mine that supercell should put an icon in the info of the clan(like send mail,war log and ...) that says "clan contest".if you click this button,you can see the contest between the clan only! And the contests title are like:"best donater","best clan war member","most loot","gems?how many?", and ...,and the winner of these events,the first will get 100 gems and 100k of gold and elixir(i said low gems cuz if the winner gets like 1000 gems,the first person will be maxed base in no time!),second place:50gems and 50k gold and elixir,third will get 20gems and 20k of gold and elixir.it has an important rule that the events will not start until the clan hits 15 members,and if the clan has more that 15members and starts the events but in the middle of the events,the clan goes to under 15members,the event will end without any prizes. I'd rather see the ability to attack a member in the clan once every 2 weeks. The game is based on competition. Why not make it happen to put some arguments on who is actually better at attacking and has the better designed base.

Ok this is an idea that makes the clan members know who is the best in the clan! In donating,this idea will help them know this but in power,they can know that by having a war!

Yes in war it resolves the argument of hitting an opposing opponent. But if both get a 3 star on the enemy. It doesn't resolve the internal debate as to who is stronger for attacking and defense. And typically the two people who are fighting never are attacked by the same person from the enemy.

This makes the clans a little more fun by having them be able to hit each other once every two weeks. Not a every day thing. Just something to make things a little more fun with inter-clan fights that can get some conversations and topics going in active clans that are getting bored with just wars.

This gives some lower levels the ability to learn how to hit higher lvls. A good leader should help its members learn how to attack, and not just expect them to realize what they are doing wrong.
