Most of these problems are solved by not allowing children in your clan.

12. The Silent Pro
Hardly active, doesnt speak. He comes on once in a while to distribute level 2 witches, plays clutch in the last 3 hours in war to 3 star the #1 and #2. Usually been playing for 1,5+ year, upgrades slowly, most of the time 40+ old.
13. The Student
Knows his stuff, has a nice base. Unreliable at times because hes drunk/stoned while attacking in war.
14. The Not-so-pro
Very similar to number 12 only difference is he has no game knowledge, his level 6/7 troops cant 3star a Townhall 8. Gets 1 star at most in wars.
15. Mr. Unlucky
Decent attacker, but has no luck, or so he says. His pekkas love circling, His Queen addicted to walls. whatever the case, its Supercells fault, bad AI, or just bad luck. Manages to get 99% and only one star. Never his fault tough.

Yup we have one of each in ours lol. I can't stand the fussy requests, usually from kids who are used to being pampered and getting exactly what they want.
I'd be the cheap donator, barbs/archers for everyone! lol, though usually it's because that's all I keep in stock. I don't train for requests, and mostly I play through the night when no-one else is online but one or two other randoms, so really it's either that or nothing!

a really good friend of mine and he's my neighbour. i really like this dude (40 years old but acts like a 25+ dude) outside the game but in game? i would looove to kill him! gives the "BEST" advices and always gives "tips" for the perfect CW base but gets 3 starred everytime! damn, i hate him so much in this game, haha.
