Best hero lvl before going TH10

As a clan we recommend 20/20 but are fine with 15/15.

I get the whole idle builder argument in thall3-8, but why do people insist on no sleeping builders at thall9? You realize there is only one lvl remining, correct? Who is going to continue working walls/heros once thall 10 buildings are done? There is nothing to look forward to at that point. You can't use those new heros to help farm resources because you're maxed.

Builders are going to be idle either at the end of 9 or the end of 10, personally I'd rather have them idle at the end of 9 and enter 10 with some powerful heros and walls to make farming those last upgrades easier. If thall11 is released I'll think about changing my stance.

20 is my goal. Its pointless to sit around with nothing else to do and just level up heroes. The extra drill and better troops will help a lot.

DE is so easy to get with TH10 (even if it's already not really hard with TH9) that the hero level isn't really a criteria to go or no go !

There is no right or wrong, just play the game as you want it to be!
if you want lvl30 heroes at th9, stay as long as you like. If you prefer OP infernos, rush th as premie

in the end, it doesnt matter much, as long as you have fun doing so. Having higher royal lvl does help a bit, but not really a huge difference to be pondering about.
