Best hero lvl before going TH10

As the title suggest, is there any unspoken rule about both royals be at a certain lvl before going to th10?

If say 20+

A lot of people are going to say level 20+, however, I disagree. As long as your defense and elixir offense is up to par, staying at TH9 just for DE upgrades will only slow you down in the long run. All sleeping builders and idle lab will only slow you down in the long run if you just stick around for heroes/DE upgrades.

That being said, if you're still working on something else besides DE upgrades, keep upgrading the heroes as you go.

I'd max em out so u don't have slacked heroes for th10, so u have time to work on new defenses.

Lvl15 heroes are good enuf. It's way more important to keep the builders occupied than havin all sleepin in maxed th9 bases just because u want to upgrade your heroes to whatever level before movin on.

I agree with this guy. Im almost a maxed out TH9 eexcept walls and heroes. All my building elixir upgrade are all done and only have about 5 defenses to go. Was getting ready to go th10 until the new L12 collectors came out. Before the update I was going to go th10 with my royals in the teens and planned on working on them before my th10 was done. But now since I have collectors added on to the lit's I'm hoping to get my heroes up to at least 15 (BK 12 and AQ is 11). Would be nice to get them in the 20same before my TH10 is done but don't think I'll be able to do that. Onice you get to TH10 that 3rd DE drill will definitely help out and all the new defense toys will allow u to protect a lot of your DE.

Some say 20+. But it is really up to you.

Dark Elixir farming, generation & protection is all far superior at TH10. If heroes are your focus you may as well be TH10.

I went at lvl 15, in my clan we are reccommending 20
DE is a lot easier to get and farm once you have finished off your th10 defences as Daz said so either way is fine. below 15 would be too low, and above 25 would be too extreme IMO

30 is the best level.

For me 20+ for both AQ and BK. But much better if you can upgrade it to 30 ;)
