Global chatting ideas ???

Getting around this would be just as easy as getting around the censor.

Being able to chat with more local people would be awesome. Or atleast be able to choose which language the room is.

They should make it either around our level or around our league so even all the champs out there can talk to each other and not get spammed to join

Any idea at this point is prabably better than what global is now so
