clan kick problem

maybe i already post threed like this..
sorry for spaming..

about clan kick
maybe there should be limition for elder to kick member like one member each day
coz as clan leader we should give appricite to someone that have been stay long time and donate well by promote him/she as elder.
but if we promote wrong people.. then.. all member gone..
this is happen once in my clan, then some member sad to me coz i am not promote him as elder
but i am so affraid if the same thing happen to my clan again..

maybe someone will say "promote all member to be elder", i am not agree with that coz we didn't give appricitae to the best member

I don't really think that there is much you can do but to really try to find trusted elders. But some people are just cruel like that.

even u are verry becarefull in chossing them, there will be a time u promote wrong member..
i hope there is any staff or admin read my seggestion
