Most of the troops (barb, archers, giants) cost around 2.5 mil to research to lvl 5. From lvl 5 to lvl 6 the cost jumps up to 6 mil. I think that cost should drop to 5 mil since the new lvl 7 troops cost 7 mil to research. It is such a huge gap from lvl 5 to lvl 6.
It was already reduced in cost for level6 troops and it is super easy to save that elixir if you're not a rusher. It has to be a little challenging to have true merit.. Just try you can do it.
More costly more money in sc pocket.

Barbs are actually 4.5mil, and Giants and Loons get a huge upgrade from 5 to 6 so I think it's worth it. Archers were recently decreased already to accommodate lvl 7 upgrade costs

No, 6 mil is fine. It makes sense with all the other stuff. The upgrades take 10 days, on average that 600K elixir a day, which is like 2-5 raids, is it really that hard?
Wait until you need 100K DE to do minions....

6 million is not that bad.
So ... I got the 6 mil for giants, which I think is fair for what you are getting. Let me rephrase my original post. What I think needs adjusting is the archer research from lvl 5 to lvl 6. The skill increase is not worth the 6 mil. I think the archers should be adjusted to equal that of the barbarians, 4.5 mil ... maybe 5 mil.Quote:
