Next button and Dropping Troops

We have all done it and all heard about it. While in a push you are clicking Next to find the perfect base to raid when oops, your fat finger misses the mark and a troop goes walking from the right towards its doom as you stare at your device with an unhinged jaw.

There has more than likely been post after post about this but I have a bit of a different idea. Instead of adding a confirm attack button to the page like in war or something of that sort like so many before me have suggested, make the "next button" turn from the slim rectangular button it is into a large triangle and move it to the bottom right corner so it takes the entire corner over. This will mean that the troops bar will need to be shortened. Two slots shorter or so should suffice. You already have to slide it over if you pack a crazy army with many different troops so the loss of convenience in troop placement will be small compared to the strides in the never drop a troop by accident field that I'm sure many many people have done. Let's save some natural growing hair from being pulled out Supercell!

It really doesn't happen that often if you don't next much between raids. So it's not a problem.

(If it does happen, I go all out on the person I did it to. Sucks to be that guy)

I actually don't hate this idea. It could actually work - and not add another silly button i have to push just to attack a base i found.

I'm a champion TH9. Let me just say I spend a ton of time and gold hitting next buttons through bases that my max for TH9 GoWiPe couldn't even scratch.... 9/10ths of the bases I see are worth 2-6 cups for 100% and minus 33-38 cups if I should fail. So as I am clicking next 100 times should I happen to accidentally drop a troop I simply end battle so save my over 300,000 elixir, 1200 DE cost army and accept my minus 30+ trophy loss which is devastating when it took 8hrs to get those cups. 8 hrs erased by one miss click. Something needs to change.

This has happened to absolutely everyone that has to hit next over an extended period of time. Both of these a okay solutions to a silly problem. No reason not to take them into consideration. Good ideas guys.

I don't like the triangle idea but everything else works I HATE tapping in an open area when pressing next, just seeing that little lvl 4 archer run hopelessly to that lvl 8 cannon... Just boils my blood

Just curious what is the problem with a corner being the next button. This makes it so there it no open area just keep your finger in the corner... No slim little rectangle that could easily be missed.

It just wouldn't look right As a triangle...

Sell/Flush Iphone and get Note 4/Iphone plus/nexus

That's the point it would look different than before it would take up a corner. Not the same rectangular shape ♥♥♥♥

I think it be a very simple solution to a big problem caused by an easy to make mistake

Literally just dropped a troop... -28 ugh
