He has very politely provided essentially a TH8 base for you to attack, as his additional defensive towers are on the outside. Use your king to take out the outside AD. I think the main problem with attacking this sort of TH9 is that he can have 4 seeking air mines, instead of 2 for a TH8. So, you might want balloons in your CC to try to set some of those off before your dragons get there. Make sure you set your first dragons to make "cuts" in the ring, so that the rest of your dragons will go to the middle and not follow the ring around. Spells are at your discretion; I'm going to try 3 heal spells on my next dragon attack against centered air defenses to see if the additional endurance does the trick.
