[Help]Can't get into USA/UK Server!

Hello everyone! Wanted to talk about a problem I had in the game and I find it very strange. I would like to know if you can help me.

I'm Portuguese and always spent most of his time on that server, but now I'd like to switch to English. When I switch the game is in English (normal) but when I go to the global chat is like i'm in the portuguese server! However, if i change to norsk, the language and the global chat is norsk.


How can i solve this problem? It is something about any configuration on my ipad?

Hey, I live in Vietnam and had the same issue. It is easily solved by going to settings and support. Click on your problem and you can send an email to Supercell support staff. They switched me to an American server in less than a half hour. Good service.

Oh thanks for sharing that info! Will help...

But then... if i do that and i go to the PT server i will not have the global in portuguese? Its kind of the same problem...

No you should be able to get back on the Portuguese chat. People with non-English chat as default cannot get into the English speaking chat by changing their language, but people with English as default can go on any of the other chat servers. Not sure why this is though.
