It is much better to use an APPROPRIATE title to an idea thread like
"Add slider bar to music volume" not "idea" When devs want to see user comments on "Music" it's much easier to find, or they might be so far down in the thread search results, they don't get considered in their initial development talks.
Tags are a great thing to use too - tag your threads with key words so they come up in searches easier.
As to the guy with 1000 ideas, as I told him, that's fine, 1 idea a day is great, just try not to make them ideas that's been brought up 2500 times already, or are sticky items.
