Obviously it would solve the zapping problem haha. Until you forget to collect your de out of the drill and they zap that. Zappers always win man
How much de does the average person lose in a day/week/month that causes this topic to never go away? I might lose less than 1k a month due to zappers. It's just part of the game.
Another thread complaining about people spending 60k+ Elixer on Lightning Spells for about 500-1k DE.... It doesnt make sense...
4 lighting take over 1500 from me but I have a lot to steal.
To me it's the principle. If you can't get something without working for it you shouldn't be able to get it imo. Zapping is a cheap way out of something you're not strong enough and couldn't do normally
I actually had an idea I posted on the forum once.
I don't think that Supercell should JUST make DE storages immune to lightning spells becuase it would nerf the lightning spell and leave lower TH's in a tougher spot. I also don't think that people should get DE without effort and no way to defend against it.
The Solution: You put the choice in the defenders hands.
You change storages to function like an xbow or inferno tower. Being able to switch it's function whenever you want.
Function 1: The normal storage, nothing new about it.
Function 2: The storages are now 100% immune from lightning spells, however 25% more resources can be taken from that storage from other sources of attack.
This will reward those who took the time to upgrade their defenses to protect it. Those who rushed have a tougher choice.
To me, everyone wins.
