What are some good th7 vs th7 3 star war strats other than mass drag?

Assume 20 cc troop capacity and can be donated anything. I've seen giant-hog-heal work extremely well where 4 lvl 5 hogs are in the cc, the giants are dropped to distract point defenses while the hogs+heal spells are used to take out all of the splash defense. Are there any other good troop combos?

I have done mass hog and giant healer (2 healers, 12 giants, 10 wizards, 8 wb, the rest batch and 3 healing spells)
