Th9 vs. Th10 Need Help.

I need help on how to approach these bases or just the name of the bases would help.

Whoever can help me with this I will make sure to shout you out on that wars youtube video.

For both those raid use Balloonion which is a certain 2 star on the first base a 50% chance of getting a 3 star on the second.

I haven't had much success with Balloons and Minions maybe because they are 1 level to low?

Exactly.
Balloons receive nice stat boost on lvl 6 and with minions lvl 5 they demolish quite alot of bases.
Also Lava hounds are nice for balloon protection.
Try to search YouTube and you will find quite alot of attacks with lavaloonians.
