How is a level 1 healer + level 3 giants? [TH6]

I'm going to be raiding another TH6 in a war and wanted to know would healer + level 3 giants work?

It would get a 2 star. Giant healer is too slow to 3 star, bring 10-20 archers to clean up once defenses are gone.

Yeah, I was planning on bringing 1-2 healers, 10(ish) giants and 10-15 archers/barbs/wizards
