A seperate chat for leader and co's where clan issues can be dicussed privately. Elders would be invited into dicusdion as needed. Not all discussions are for all eyes.

I agree, because other clan member interact with the discussion and making it hard.
I agree that this would be really useful but apparently it has been ruled out
