Game Lost Village

I lost my village in my android device. I don't know why when I power up my device and started the Clash of Clans I see a completely new village. I try to reload my old village with link device option and the reloaded village is on Town Hall 4 and before this I played on Town Hall 7.

I try to follow the instructions supercell support page :

"....You can submit a help request by sending a message from the game on your device. To send an in-game message, tap the in-game settings icon, select "Help and Feedback", and then tap "Report an Issue". That will assure we have all the necessary data to make the recovering process as quick as possible.
Please include the following information in the message, so that we can locate your village:

• Exact name of the two villages
• Exact level of the two villages
• Exact Town Hall level of the two villages
• Exact clan name of the two villages"

...."

I cnnot see Help and Feedback but only Help and Support. When I try to follow this the game restarts again and again.
