Hi,
Im a max th9 and i would like to learn gowiwi.
What is the best troop composition? Is 3 golem, 6 witch, 9 wb and rest wizs good?
Which base are good to 3 star with gowiwi versus gowipe? What characterics should i look for?
How, when and where to deploy troops?

I'm a th 10, but I have a lot of experience with many different types of golem armys going all the way back to my th 8 days, hopefully i can be of some help.
the ideal army composition depends on the base, your troop level, your and hero levels. First off I would advise against using 3 golems unless your heros are in the 20s. Against th9s you want to go heavy on the wiz. as long as you can keep a few of them alive once you get through the core you have a decent chance at 3 staring.
generally I'd use something like this: 2 golems, 9 breakers, 5 witches, rest wiz. (maybe a giant and a few barbs if i'm drawing out the cc)
the bases your looking for are ones with the mortars and wiz towers near the outside of the base, as they are the main threat to witches.
basically what you want to do, is pick a side with most exposed splash damage defences, take them out with golems and wiz, clear the outside buildings with wiz, then send your heros, witches, and the rest of your wiz down the path you've cleared towards the center of the base.
More than anything all types of golem raids take a lot of practice to master, so get your reps up!
