Thanks. I agree, as well.
I feel a bit sad not seeing those little pink asterisks near the troops, I was always fond of them, but change is not bad.
I personally like how it starts flaming when the troop is max level. That is a nice feature.

I am loving it, makes me feel powerful 😊
I see how silly this sounds, but it happens to me. Not "six L74 archers", but more like "six archers, gotta train some more".
Later: "how did I get a heck lot of archers?".
Visually, the troop level indicator blinds me from seeing the smaller, seemingly insignificant, more significant numbers below. If the background of that indicator was nerfed in saturation, it would be a big help for me.
Im all in for the Roman Numerals idea.
What really throws me off is CC donations, where the number donated is in the same black box. Like, wait a minute, how did I donate 2 level 4 wizards? Oh, okay, I donated 4 wizards (of unknown level), and I have 2 left. Got it...
It's not a huge deal, just an extra split second of mental dissonance as I try to decipher what I'm seeing. Then I go back to my camp or my barracks, and the little black box is a level indicator again...
Not the end of the world, but would be nice if the level indicator were roman numerals. I wouldn't look at IV or III and think, "Oh, okay, I have four of those and three of those..."
It's that split second (or actually maybe one second) that is getting really annoying. I would prefer if the troop level indicator was just changed in some way to look better and display information without messing me up.
Because of my attention span, I won't realize that it was actually 4 wizards (if I was in your example) and give two more wizards and only realize it when the cc maxes out at 5 wizards. This is annoying if I wanted to give 4 wizards and 1, let's say, valkryie.
You need to go to the eye doctor man. lol seriously.
That's quite ironic you mention that because today I just went to the eye doctor. :P:p
But that's not my issue, my issue is my attention and how quickly I try to do things. In the haste I make a lot of mistakes but, it usually doesn't happen as frequently as I make with these indicators.
