Players who don't buy gems. They are still customers, they use the service and play the game. Anyway, this benefits farmers, more elixir will be in storages now.

So you are saying(going by your previous post) paying customers didn't complain about lack of elixir? Because they could just gem it up? I don't see bright logic in that.

Infact a lot of paying customers threatened to quit the game if they didn't fix the elixir situation.

I replied to a post saying this update proves SC only cares about gemmers. All I'm saying is this wall change helps free players more, because now at TH9/TH10 you will have more elixir to raid. That is it.

I highly doubt that those who gem elixir were complaining about a lack of elixir to raid.
