What should I upgrade next in the lab? I have level 5 barbs and archer! I also have level 3 dragons! I am open to any suggestions! Thanks!

The troops you use the most for farming. After that your Clan War Troops

Wall breakers or wizards. Both are an awesome upgrade. Maybe even loons and lightning spell.

IMO you can change your farming army from all archers to BAM. It is the fastest Army to train. Then you can do research for Minions.
For me, giant and wall breaker take priorty after barb and archer. Thereafter, is wizard and dragon.
Everybody has their prefer troops so, the right answer for this is upgrade the one that is most useful to you.
Looks like you have already upgraded the troop you use most often. So, whatever you upgrade next is not so important to you. But you may want to upgrade the troops that your clan always request for.
Depends on what you use really.
I went Arch > Barb > Dragon > Loonz > Wiz > Minion/Hogs = Giants (Only When I have too much DE and the timing is right).
Then the rest I will upgrade in no particular order.
*I went Loonz to lvl 5 only because I use them for war.
*Wizards for army donations.
Thanks for the replies everyone! My order is going to follow, wizards > loons or giants > giants or loons(whichever I didn't do!) I have my minions upgrading to level 2 right now, as I don't have the sufficient elixir funds at the moment!
Wizards and giants to 5, they work great there.
