Hello forum, been lurking for a while and figured I'd give this a try. I am 10 days into TH8 and with the new edit mode I gave designing my own bases a try. I am very weak defensively so not quite sure how well these base will actually work. So far the only people that have successfully attacked me are TH9 armies, small sample size but have surprisingly held up ok. Let me know what you guys think, suggestions are welcome.

I think they look very well designed. Only thing I would say on your farming base is I'm not a fan of the air defenses so close to the outside. Otherwise I feel it is a very well balanced layout and you should have pretty good success at TH8. I am nearly maxed at th8 and I use one of MatuGamings layouts with some personal tweaks. Good job man!

Yes, I used imgur. Yeah I agree with the air defenses, I guess i just so rarely get attacked by those types of raids. For the 1 out 10 that is air based i can sacrifice it to defend against the standard BARCH. If I see it becoming a problem I will definitely modify it. Thanks.
I agree, 9 out of 10 people will either snipe your TH or just skip, unless they are trophy hunting. And on the chance they have a balloonion attack or something of the sort, then they may hit your base bc 2 out of the 3 air defenses are easily sniped. However, in your defense, you're right, it doesn't happen very often. As far as the design goes though, I do like it.
