It'd be good if I could attack my fellow clan members' villages, just to practice both my attack and his defence, this should be free though and not use up any elixir to train troops or gold for resetting traps. Of course there would be no rewards on winning either.
However this feature should be turned off during a war, otherwise I could just look at my opponent's base, ask other members to copy it, and practice attacking it.
